We make taxes and bookkeeping clear, manageable, and stress-free. We support freelancers, creatives, musicians, expatriates, and small business owners with everything from VAT returns and income tax to full accounting support.

Tijsjoris Mooij-Groot (TJ)
Studied musicology in Utrecht and remains a hobby musician, playing jazz and rock on guitar and bass. His background in music strongly influences how he works: practical, creative, and closely connected to the realities of the cultural sector.
Alongside founding Mijn Belastingman, TJ worked in a wide range of productional and financial roles within the classical music sector, gaining hands-on experience. To complement this practical experience, he later studied tax law and accounting for several years, building a solid technical foundation.
By combining sector-specific insight with tax and accounting expertise, TJ helps clients navigate complex financial situations with clarity and confidence.

Tatjana Zimre
Works as an assistant and junior tax ninja at Mijn Belastingman and is directly involved in day-to-day client support. She helps with VAT returns, income tax preparations, accounting support, and applications such as A1 certificates and VAT exemptions.
She is a historical oboe player with a background in music studies in Salzburg and Amsterdam and remains active as a freelance musician with various orchestras. Alongside her musical career, Tatjana has studied law, economics, and arts management, combining creative insight with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Tatjana speaks German and Russian fluently, which is particularly helpful in cross-border cases. And as any musician will recognize: the work doesn’t stop on tour — she continues to monitor client messages whenever possible.
